Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Solo Router (solorouter.ai), an API and web service operated by ULA SOFT LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the API you agree to them.
1. The service
Solo Router gives you one API key and one prepaid balance to access AI models hosted by third-party inference providers. We route your requests to those providers and return their responses. Model availability and prices can change.
2. Accounts and keys
You sign in with Google and must be at least 18. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for all usage made with your keys. Revoke a key immediately if it leaks.
3. Credits and billing
- Solo Router is prepaid. You buy credits by card through Stripe; a card processing fee is shown before you pay.
- Each request is charged at the model's listed per-token (or per-image) price at the time of the request. The cost is reported in every response and on your Activity page.
- Requests are refused once your balance is zero. The last request before that may take the balance slightly below zero; the difference is deducted from your next top-up.
- Credits don't expire while your account is active. Free sign-up credit has no cash value.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that break them, without refund of credits used for prohibited activity.
5. Outputs
As between you and us, you own your inputs and the outputs you receive, subject to the model licences. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or offensive; you are responsible for checking it before relying on it.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. Providers can be slow, rate-limited or down. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. See our Refund Policy for unused credit.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
